Description
The Platinum product includes total emissions factors in Mg CO2e per million UYI or UYU and USD, total emissions contributions by sector-level scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, plus the scope 3 emissions (as in GHG_tiered_UYI or UYU tab) further broken out into the tier 1 total scope 1, 2, and scope 3 emissions in the Mg CO2e per million UYI or UYU and USD. The tier 1 total scope 3 emissions are also further broken out into tier 2 total scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. In addition, the Hotspots tabs in UYI or UYU (as in Hotspots_UYI or UYU) and USD show the emissions of the top 20 suppliers of a sector. The Hotspot rankings are useful for a company to identify its key suppliers that contribute most to its supply-chain emissions. The Platinum Product additionally contains reference tabs for Produce Price Index (PPI), Exchange Rates, and a EEIO sector to NAICS code Crosswalk. The PPI tab details the inflationary and deflationary purchase prices indexed to the EEIO Reference year (2013) by industry sector. The Exchange Rates tab lists exchange rates between USD and UYI or UYU for respective EEIO Reference years (2013) and model years 2020, 2022, and 2023. The Crosswalk tab assists in identifying the appropriate emissions factor to use by relating EEIO sectors to NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) codes.
